Types of Asbestos Surveys

 

Management Survey

 

A management survey is a non intrusive survey. Its purpose is to locate, as far as reasonably practicable, the presence and extent of any suspect ACMs in the building which could be damaged or disturbed during normal occupancy, including foreseeable maintenance and installation, and to assess their condition.

 

Refurbishment and Demolition Survey

 

A refurbishment and demolition survey is required before any refurbishment or demolition work is carried out. The survey will be fully intrusive and involve a full destructive inspection including the areas of the building that are difficult to reach. This survey can be tailored to your specification i.e certain areas only.

 

Specific Sample

 

If you are worried about a product or material that you think may contain asbestos then we can collect a sample and have it tested for your piece of mind.
